  1. There seem to be so many Diet Products out there it's almost impossible to which is the best and which is the worse. What's even worse is not all diet "formula's" work the same for everyone.

    I am middle aged and I need to loose weight both for my self esteem (I still have my hair though) and more importantly for my health and well being.
